Back straps and loins cut into chops then butterflyed open! Rich but gooood!
2 sticks butter melted
2 chicken bouillion cubes
1 tsp lowery's salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Greek seasoning salt (important)
1/4 cup olive oil
mixed together and let meat marinate 24 hrs (mixture will set up on surface).
place in a glass casserole dish (most of the chops should be covered). bake at 350 for 35-45 min. The left over juice is a good topping over rice or mashed tators!
