At 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds I simply throw them in, usually dont even lower the tailgate!

Grab a front leg, grab a back leg. Dont be afraid to get muddy and bloody adn put out on them.

For the giant hogs I use a tractor with a front end loader. See one of Neils pics with a big red hog in a john deer tractor bucket, Thats me :)

The real big ones, Iusually just cut the straps out along with the hams and leave the rest for the yote's. Lay them belly down, spread eagle like, zipper the straps out, cut down both hinds and seperate them from the rest of the body and never even get to the body cavity. 20-30 min's for 2 was my best time.

If they are to big for me to lift, I just drag them on the trailer with the bike and take them home. I live about 5 miles from my lease, after that I lift them off with my tractor.

well i have done it many ways, pull the hog to a ditch back truck in drag him on , spin the tires to lower back of truck but with a 3500 4x4 dodge it sits up aways i also have a winch that goes in the reciver that can crank them up but dont use it much
