That's one heck of a cut. Looks like it bleed real bad. That's one way to get a knife givin to ya.

I got one for you. I used to play alot of water volleyball a few summers ago. Alot offun drinkin beer and playing a sport in the water.http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/thumleft.gif Well, I went up to block a spike and a guys wrist went right between my middle and ring finger.http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/twisted.gif That dude totally split my hand open.http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/wall.gif A trip to the minor emergency cost me $350 for 10 stitches.http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/nurse.gifTwo weekslater I was out there playing again with my fingers taped together.http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/naughty.gif Yes, it was that much fun. Not trying to take from your story Jason, butI just had to share.

Brotha!!! That one has got to hurt. I feel for ya there. Been cut so many times myself it's hard to keep track....

I use to tell my students that everytime you cut yourself, it's because of 1 of 4 reasons....

1) Using an unfamiliar knife.

2) Cutting an unfamiliar object.

3) Trying to go too fast.

4) Not paying attention.

I hope the tip starts to get some blood into it. If not, it's ok. Could of been worse if you think about it!!!! Take care....

it was a combination of speed and the knife not being mine, and the fact i was cutting toward my body not away from it lol.

it is getting a little color back into so i might get lucky lol
