Heading back to Texas

I'm finally getting to go back to Texas to do some hunting in April. A buddy of mine has lease near Goliad and is kind enough to let me go down and hunt. I'm going to try to bag a Rio byday,and go after some hogs at night. He says they have lots of pork running around downthere. The best part is all Ihave to pay for is my tags. I'm travelign for business so my flight is covered whoohoo!! I am pumped. If i score anythingI'll be sure to post some pics.

Good luck on your hog hunt there in Goliad. Not sure if that area normally has deer this big but last year I mounted a buck from Goliad that scored 155 B&C.

I know if I was unfortunate enough to live somewhere other then Texas, I definitely would make it a point to come and visit Texas!!! Enjoy your time here and make sure to eat some good Texas cooking
