Mexican Golosh[/b]

3 lbs. Hamburger

2 or 3 Med. Onions, chopped

1 or 2 Cloves garlic, minced

1or 2 Green peppers

1 can Tomatoes

1 can Rotel tomatoes and chiles

1 can Mild enchilada sauce

1 can Corn

2 cans Chopped ripe olives

1 pkg. Wide cooked Noodles

2 lbs. Velveeta cheese

Brown Hamburger, Onions, Garlic and Green Peppers. Add Tomatoes, Rotel Tomatoes and Simmer for 30 Minutes. Add Enchilada Sauce, Corn, Olives and Cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Mix with Noodles. Let stand for 24 hours (You don’t have to let it stand, but its Always Better the Second Day)
