Breakfast Soufflé[/b]

1 lb. Sausage

¾ c. Monterrey & cheddar cheese

4 eggs

2 cups milk

2 tsp. yellow mustard

1 box croutons (onion & garlic)

½ tsp. salt


Brown sausage and drain. Mix Sausage, Croutons, cheese and set aside. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt, and Beat Till Well Mixed (large Bowl) Fold Egg mixture into Dry Ingredients.

Spray 9x12 pan with Pam. Set in Frig overnight.

Bake covered 350 degrees- 45 minutes uncover Reduce Heat to 325 degrees and cook for 15 minutes more
