To date, we have no indication that human-pig interaction has

occurred in any Texas cases. The concern now

is human-to-human interaction, and the flu we are dealing with

actually is composed of swine, avian and human flu

components.



We are recommending that people who own pigs take care not to infect

them, if they have flu symptoms. As for

feral swine, they usually don't have close contact with humans,

unless they are being shot or trapped. We will be

testing swine, if there is a human/hog relationship, but

human-to-human illness transmission is the main concern.

I hope I aint got the swine flu. I was a stones throw away from Mexico a few days ago and aint felt rite since.
