Check out a product call "bowlight" at tacticaldevices.com for a great way to help get pork chops on the table at night. I screws into your riser in place of the stabilizer and at 20 yards, Awesome!

With this light and lighted sight pins, it's as easy as shooting in the daytime.

I tried a laser, but it moves around and is difficult to shoot, but this light is great!

Good luck!

The "bowlight" looks good. It's the same price as the "marauder" by "hawglite". 119.95.

I use the Marauder of course and having seen or repaired most of the others on the market, I'm confident the Marauder is the best overall product. Nothing else on the market is close to the capability/flexibility of the Marauder. http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/king.gif

i have compared both the tactical device and the marauder a guy had one on a hunt not long ago, the tactical device is not adjustable the marauder is, the tactical device only comes in red with the marauder you get red white and green led, plus you get a standard tail cap the tactical device uses cr 123 batteries at 9.00 per set the marauder uses 3 AAA batteries. the marauder stays on my bow!!!m puts out around 80 lumens has a highkly polished lens making it appear much brighter it is a very efficient and durable light. in the prototype testing ive droipped one 12 feet upm 2 differente occasions attatched to a bow pressed the pressure switch it still worked, i personally pressed the pressure switch over 3500 times with no failures.

Istarted hunting hogs yrs ago with at that time was what they called a Varment light. It was a light that actually snapped onto a 100mm scope tube. I adapted it to fit my stabilizer. It came with the 6v bat and charger but the problem is that it was too dam heavy to hold for very long.

Check out dnahoghunters blog's. He has made a light from a flashlight that seems to be easy to make and alot cheaper than the Marauder. Ihave the Marauder and it works great, as far as Ican see so far. Ihave not had a chance to put it to work yet though. Will try it this weekend with the vets.

I know I am kinda prejudice but I have hunted with Kellys products since he came out with the first HawgLite. The new Marauder Is the brightest light that I have had on my bow. Like mentioned above it runs off AAA batteries which I'm sure half the people out their have lost under their truck seat with semi easy access too. http://texashoghunter.com/images/images/forum/emoticons/lol.gif It is worth every penny in my book.

the arauder s a good light no question but i use the sniper. It is now discontinued but they are making what appears to be a even better light. check it out at http://www.sniperhawglights.com/apps/webstore/

How do you like the Sniper?? I have never had the chance to use it.. I have heard of it just never used it. What batteries? Is it bright enough?

it is very bright and i love it. It comes with two rechargable batteries and a charger.it runs on only one batterie so you have a spare. but I dont think the one I have is offered anymore.i assume the newone is even better.

Ithink that I'm gonna order the mini-snyper to try out. It has more lumens in light than the hawglite.
