Pawn shop special:
Browning Ambush 80 combo - an oldie but a goodie?
Draw length is set at about 29-1/2" - the string is stretched - the pro said I might have another season in it.
Draw weight - 42#
The bow is rated at 45-60# draw weight, 29" - 30" draw length.
The sights it came with, I dunno - a three-banger
I changed the peep to one of large diamond-shaped critters with the green transluscent plastic that creates 4 dots for somewhat of a crosshair view of the sight dot thingy.
OH.... and a drop-awayrest - I served the string myself.
I use my fingers.... I don't like releases.
Works for me.

I am using a Mathews Drenalin, pushing a 29" Goldtip arrow w/ 100 gr Slick Trick or Muzzy Broadheads. These have been the most dependable (2) broad heads that I have used on pigs & deer.

I use a few different weapons all made by my own hands. First Bamboo backed hickory longbow ( reflex deflex ) style 55 pounds. See the picture to the left. Not a glass bow ,but, all wood and bamboo. Atlatl, spear, and a medieval all wood crossbow of 125 pound draw. Wood arrows on occasion. Mostly bamboo arrows made from tonkin cane and a 175 grain solid steel trade point , fire hardened
I also use a solid osage orange flatbow of 55 pounds.
Bear truth, the original one !!!

I use a recurve that I built a few years back. 50 lbs pull & 31 inch draw. I use it mainly to catch fish but latley I have been getting into rabbits and squirls they just make such a fun target.
