Here are a couple of shots of some of the equipment we use. This pic shows some of the guns and helmet-mounted Gen III goggles. The rifles are fitted with either Gen III 6x Raptor and D-760 Night scopes or thermal weapon sights.

As far as vehicles go, we have tricked out acrew-cab Polaris Ranger and have a Land Rover RSOV (Ranger Special Operations Vehicle). When I got it, the .50 cal gun mount was still on it. If you look close, the RSOV is covered with thick, irregularly shaped plastic sheets... they cut down on the thermal signature.....not really necessary for hog hunting, but might come in handy someday!

Here are a couple of close-ups of the RSOV in my shop. If you look inside the headlights, you will see the integrated infra-red headlights!

VERY nice toys you have there. That's some serious intent and investment on pig killn'!

Yep...we take it pretty seriously! I started out with a single Gen3 night scope 12 years ago and it's grown from there. We've got a half-dozen black guns (AR15's and AR10's)with night scopes, two thermal weapon sights, two handheld thermal imagers and 6 pair of Gen3, helmet-mounted, ANVIS-9 night vision goggles (plus a couple of PVS14's and a pair of PVS7 goggles)

Over the years I have also learned to refer to them as "tools", rather than "toys", esecially if the wife is listening!

As far as hog numbers go, our clients have killed 273 hogs and 17 coyotes, in 28 trips, since the middle of August.(as of last night). We've got about 60,000 acres available to hunt, so there isn't a shortage of rooters...even during deer season.
