How many of you number your vanes to see what arrows are consistant? I just had an Idea how to incorporate a nubering system into my schemes. Im going to try and crest up some with said system and get pics up. Im think im onto something that may or may not be pretty clean looking. tell me if you have seen this before? (after I post the pics)

I number my arrows on the upper fletching...on the side facing me when the arrow is nocked...I shoot a Whisker Buscuit. Not only does it let me know which arrows are flying the best, but having that number in that location helps me nock my arrow correctly in very low light.

I dont number mine, but the arrows I choose for hunting I have my wife and kids write their names and a message on them. I keep them quivered in the order I want to shoot.

I use a silver paint pen and its kinda cool coming home and showing them what their arrow did.
