That roast sounds really good. Be good for a nice supper with your lady, that way you can get her liquored up and not have to buy any extra booze cause its already cooked into the meat. (Sorry couldnt help myself, to those ladies reading the board) just feel safe the alcohol does cook out. But it does sound really good. I'm kinda partial to "Wild Turkey" marinated pork roasts with cajun seasonings cooked on the grill or BBQ pit. Sounds goofy but youll leave the table plump as a tick. Side em up with fresh picked seasoned green beans cubed roasted potatos or Southern sweet potatos, collard greens and roasted corn on the cob man thats a supper you will need a nap after.
