Chuck, we had 6 of us from Louisiana andone from Texas who doesn't know how to cook. He makes a great lettuce and tomato salad and he buys a cake for desert. The La. boys cooked chicken fajitas on the grill friday night. Sat night we had fried catfish, snapper, crawfish and alligator with potato salad. For lunch, Sat we had homemade hamburgers and Sun, boudin.
