Best HOG processor

OK - I know we have a catergory for Best Outfitter, but does anyone have a good place you can take HOGS to be processed?

Anyone know any good Hog Processors in the Corsicana or Ennis area?

Most of the good processors around here have quit taking wild hogs cause of the state and their reg's.

I haven't been able to find a good processor in the same area either. The two I use are in opposite directions but they are both recommended.

It's a little farther south, but if you don't mind the drive I would highly recommend Theiss Sausage Co. in Normangee....a small town near Madisonville (which is another small town just south of the smaller town of Centerville....which is about 1/2 way between Houston and Dallas!
