Way to go Nice looking Hogs!! I got a question I've got a hog hunt set-up for next week-end and the weather is calling for rain both days... The Property has been left alone for a couple of weeks because of the hoildays so there was NO hunting pressure.. The Question is will the rain keep the hogs down from the feeders or will they still hit them on a regular basis, We are also hunting all night if we have too.

Chances are, that if the hogs are coming into the feeders on a regular basis, they will still come in. It's not like they lay up like deer will sometimes do. Sometimes I think they actually move more in a rain, especially a lite rain. Ground is softer, their body temp. is cooler, makes them feel a litle friskier. So if their coming in, they probably still be coming in. Course, pigs being pigs, you never can tell. Safest thing to do though is to play the wind. Gotta play the wind....

Good Luck!
