Finally, It's here, my spring break hog hunt!

Do any of you have opinion about hog scents? worth it or not? differance maker? what is the best kind? Heading down to TX (memphis area) from Mo. Hows the hunting going in that area? Apprefiate you boys from TX

I have never used hog scents I just use corn,it works.I am north east of Memphis and don't know that area,just there hogs all over Texas,killed 2 Friday and hope to get more this weekend.You hunting on a ranch.I hope somebody is precorning your hunting area.Good luck on killing the pigs we in Texas need somebody from Mo to come down here and haul back lots of hog meat.Good luck Chuck

"black gold" works pretty good, have a buddy that swears by it, has the hog heads to back it up, sems to draw in the big boars.

Well I am not North of Memphis I just realized where memphis is in the panhandle.I am way East of there.My son hunted in Wheeler for the last few years.I killed a 10 pointer probably 7 years ago.There is hogs deer turkey on the 10000 acre ranch .You can drive for forever on that place.Good luck you still take home lots of hog meat for a Texas style bbq.Chuck

where can a guy find "black gold"? Will it work if you havnt the time to throw it out to let the hogs get used it? Be there for a sat evening hunt...
