1 deer tenderloin, 1 pk. cream cheese,1 pk. frozen spinach[thawed & drained] mix cheese & spinach, stuff into your tenderloin[ fill hole through the center] salt and pepper the outside,then take a nice thick hickory bacon, wrap around and secure with toothepicks. throw that on a medium hot grill, cook [ turningtill bacon is brown on all sides]until medium rare and serve with some wild rice.
