Do you think I'd be going if I wasn't going to suck it up? ) I got my secret corn bait, my night vision and my guns. Now I need someone to give me some high heat advice.
I'm going the evening for 1.5 hours, taking six Natty Lights to keep me cool
Rangerw is right. Fill a small ice chest with your favorite adult beverages and enjoy the evening. I'm still checking for hogs and will hunt every chance I get. I'll just hunt a whole lot later in the night. I switched to frog gigging because I'm chest deep in cool water. Right now it doesn't matter what I'm looking to hunt, gig or fish for...I just want to be in the county.
I'm just wondering if they will still have the same patterns or if I should wait till later to go out. My hogs, if on the property, start moving right at dusk. The adult beverages are a no brainer. I have myself taken care of. )
hogs are movin around 11:00 pm up here, leavin the bottoms around 5:30 am, headed back to river
Definitely check the water holes for hog sign and maybe consider hunting over one.
